Lofts in "Stara Przedzalnia" - investment project placed in the postindustrial historic buildings.
ASSUMPTIONS
The aim of constructing the website was to present housing potential of the new investment, including details concerning lofts' parameters: their surface, infrastructure, safety information, location and surroundings. Each potential customer should be able to contact the salesman through the website or to get some information about housing credit.
When designing the layout, we wanted to refer to the specific atmosphere of the town which is the unique example of industrial architecture from XIX/XX century. It was essential to choose the right colors and illustrations. It was also fundamental to emphasize the informative function of the website and to adjust it visually to the town's look. The page doesn't contain any sophisticated animations or developed applications, its clear construction and the site map help users to navigate easily.
RESULTS
The effect of the Kompan.pl specialists' work is the website which meet the requirements. Its layout is kept in the style which corresponds with the industrial city atmosphere. Such a result was achieved thanks to choosing a brick-looking background, well matched header and colors. The website includes also easily accessible information about investors and project's archictects. Simple way of contacting the sales office is achieved thanks to the contact form.
